Hormonal IUD Access Group – Nairobi, Kenya
ProAVL was proud to deliver full-scale hybrid production for FHI 360’s Hormonal IUD Access Group (HIUD) meeting, held from 21st to 23rd September 2026 at the iconic Trademark Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya — a platform bringing together public and private international stakeholders to advance collaboration on contraceptive access and reproductive health.
Our team provided comprehensive technical solutions, including premium audio, crisp video projection, a robust hybrid conferencing setup and a multilingual interpretation system, ensuring a polished and professional experience across all three days.
With in-room panelists joining colleagues dialing in from different countries, the production had to make every voice feel present, whether seated on stage in Nairobi or connected from across the world. Working closely with the organising team, we designed and executed a setup that was technically precise and built for clear, uninterrupted dialogue. Our hybrid interpretation system allowed participants speaking different languages to follow proceedings in real time, removing language barriers and keeping online and in-room delegates equally engaged in every session.
From clear, room-filling sound to responsive AV support throughout each day’s sessions, ProAVL brought focus and reliability to every moment. This project is a testament to our passion for elevating high-impact international meetings and our proven ability to deliver world-class hybrid production right here on home soil.
